Frequently Asked Questions

The credit repair process varies from client to client depending on what is on their credit report. On average clients can see results within 3 to 4 months. More challenging accounts such as Bankruptcy’s can make the process longer up to 6 months. We are a credit repair company with integrity, therefore the process can be longer than other agency’s as we do factual disputes so the accounts do not come back

Credit score increases are a 2 step process. As we delete negative accounts from your credit, it is imperative that new accounts are added simultaneously. Otherwise your score will not increase and reset as if you never had any credit. First Class Financial Freedom cannot guarantee any results.

Absolutely! We understand that when clients enroll in our program they generally have a goal they are eager to reach such as homeownership. With that being said, we communicate with our clients regularly via email as this is the quickest and most detailed way. Once enrolled in our program, you will also have access to a client portal that gives you 24/7 access to credit repair updates.

Being that clients must apply and be approved for our program, we typically do not have any clients dissatisfied with our service. Every client we have partnered with, has received successful deletions and credit improvement. Should clients be dissatisfied clients may cancel at any time.

A credit score of 670 plus is considered to be good. A  620 credit score is where  you may see interest rates and other credit advantages start to become available. Our goal is to see our clients with over a 700 credit score which can only be achieved with repairing and rebuilding credit.
